If you venture beyond it, Bimini is a small, friendly island, but keep it to booked excursions or the main resort area rather than wandering solo. One honest note: the club is designed so you never need to leave, and for most people that's exactly right. If you want to see the real island — the shipwreck snorkel, the stingrays — that's a booked excursion, not a stroll.
